My football website www.footballshq.co.uk was hosted on another host for 2 years, and felt it was time i moved on, as i was constantly having problems with MySQL hosting, timeouts, errors, losing connection, and their support were just not up to scratch. So i researched a number of other hosts before commiting. Being UK based i wanted a host in the UK this time, as before I used a euro host.
After a few weeks of researching i came across Tshohost, and first impressions was very nice. Thier home page loaded extremly fast for me, and the ping test rate was second to none. They offer 3 types of packages which cater for most. I opted for the middle package as i already had a website ready to transfer and required a certain amount of space and bandwidth.
When signing up i received a 10 percent discount FOR LIFE as they are offering a coupon when signing up. My account was set up within a few hours, if you cant wait that long, they set up a temporary URL for you log into cpanel almost instantly. After uploading my site and creating a new MySQL database i ran a few tests to check speeds. To my surprise my website loaded as fast as their homepage did, usually hosts optimize their website on a dedicated server to try give false impressions of their speeds. I was already happy at this point as i could browse my forum very very quickly.
After a few weeks i had some support issues, which i raised via tickets, and i had a reply from Darren within the hour, and it actually felt like i was talking to someone who cared about my problem and knew what they were talking about. He was very helpful and sorted my issue out promptly.
About a month down the line i decided to buy another domain name, and wanted this domain to be the primary domain on my account, so i raised a ticket to ask if this could be done, thinking it probably couldnt. Again to my surprise they replied with a positive answer and asked a few questions about what and where i'd like things moved to, and low and behold in 24hours my account was updated with the new domain as my primary account! Well impressed again!
So if i could rate their support out of 10 instead of 5 i would rate it 10 without hesitation! They also have support forums where you can ask general questions and chit chat as well. They do have phone support as well if you need it, which is always a plus!
I've now upgraded myself to their top package as i needed to expand, and felt no problems at all spending a little more with them. Talking of spending, their prices for packages are very competitive, ranging from £14.99 a year to £4.99 a month for the top package.
Its well worth the look if your looking for a UK host!

31 minutes that is all it took for Adam Smith of tsohost.co.uk to respond to a detailed enquiry I made on 26 April 2008. Emailed him at 22:45 and he responded at 23:16 same day.
Now that IS support - coupled with the fact I asked for concise help. He came back with "no waffle" response. I received precise information set out intelligently and to the point. So often in my experience elsewhere, individual questions are not addressed directly. I have received information that the organisation wants me to read and accept, which they hope will sidestep the maybe difficult questions I have asked and to which they have not addressed themselves.
Oh yes, and by the way - at present I AM NOT EVEN A MEMBER!! Nevertheless, clear support is already forthcoming. Bodes well for the future I think. I will be joining soon with a Pro Package.
Feel very confident with the organisation, and having looked at the Forum this just adds to my feeling of - "This is the right Hosting company for me".

I have been a reseller with tsohost since November and can hardly believe how good the support is - fast and expert. The package is fully featured too, without any of the annoying restrictions that larger companies impose. No negatives at all.

I have just switched 4 domains to tsohost and I'm really very impressed with both the attitude and responsiveness of Adam & Darren. I always received a quick and constructive response - you can't ask for anything more.
It's a real pleasure compared to my old friends at streamline who were only interested in getting a fast but usually meaningless answer back to me.
And the main reason I moved hosting companies was SQL server performance - and yours is simply excellent (look & learn streamline).

Have been using tsohost for a couple of months and I have to say their service is excellent. Have contacted support a couple of times and recieved prompt, helpful responses each time. Would definately recommend.

Only used Tsohost for a few months but am extremely impressed so far. Our site loads very quickly and the price is greatly competitive. Just emailed into support (out of office hours) and received a response in just 5-10 mins! Wow! Talk about customer service :)

I've been using Tsohost for nearly a year now and have been very impressed overall. Very competitive pricing for a UK-based host and with friendly and knowledgable support on the odd occassions I've needed it.
Since signing up, I've moved almost all of my sites to TSO and remain very happy with their service.

I was delighted that I could talk to someone at TSOhost about our requirements. With other hosts I seemed to have to learn it all myself then tick boxes to purhcase. Having purchased, the service has been great: transfer of domain didn't go smoothly but TSOHost diagnosed the problem so I could resolve it with the previous host. Really pleased with the facilities available.

I like the personal service - a human being that you can contact. With an other well known host provider that I use I find that contacting a real person is very difficult.

I would be very reluctant to recommend this company to anybody - because I want all the glory for myself!
After having been with a previous web hosting company that kept dealing me downtime, slowness and extremely slow/poor support, I found 2host/Tsohost and was pleasantly surprised with the high standards there on both the shared and dedicated Linux plans.
The three critical things crucial for any serious web professional to succeed are effortlessly met by this company: Reliability, Speed and Service.
Absolutely spot on - I don't think I have ever seen any downtime, the speed is almost unheard of in this spending bracket, and this is all backed up by lightning fast, courteous and professional support from the team (either over e-mail or phone).
I must especially thank Adam for all his hard work!

P.S. I should also add that all my peers will tell you I am probably the king of critique - I am *not* easily impressed!

I was very surprised due the personalized attention that I have received to resolve our issues; I have to contact the call center, as we are in El Salvador I was very surprised with the full willness which Adam /Zoho support) took my issue and rapidly resolve it several times.

I've been with zesthost for years and now that you merged, the service is even better. Faster server response times. My customers get amazed at the download speeds for the material I give them. I coudn't find any better value for your money than TSOHOST. Keep up the good work guys. ;)

Incredibly easy to get up and running; my sites were migrated and running less than 30 mins after signing up. Customer service has been almost instantaneous and very helpful. And all for a bargain price. Really can't ask for any more....

My website was previously hosted by my ISP but limited to 50Mb. When I needed more space for my photo Gallery etc, TSOHost was chosen on the basis of meeting our requirements at a competitive price and reading positive feedback on various forums.
The changeover went very smoothly and any (self-inflicted!) problems in configuring the new set-up were quickly resolved by the Helpdesk, even late in the evening. Two months in, I have only very positive experiences with the new host and would recommend them to anyone seeking a new home for their website.

I recently got moved here from a different company and the service has stayed the same.
Everything is good, hardly any downtime. Ive not had much experience with the support as ive not needed to use it.

I am now into my second year with Tsohost and have never had any problems. I have only needed to contact them when setting up my account and renewing. They are always prompt with replying and are very helpful.
Comparing them to my previous hosts they offer a great service, are reliable and fantastic value for money - I highly recommend Tsohost.

Great host. I can't remember having any downtime at all over the last 2.5 years.

I have used many different hosts ranging from the wildly expensive to the stupidly cheap and the old adage that "you get what you pay for" certainly rings true. That was until I found TSOHost.
My previous host was slow, un-responsive and un-reliable. After my main site was down for the 3rd time in a week, I decided to look elsewhere and spent hours reading reviews and researching who to move to.
Through all the reviews and forums I read one name kept coming back as reliable, friendly and efficient... TSOHOST.
Decided to give them a go and true enough they have been as good if not better than all I read, they have hosted all my sites within my budget and even performed work I would class as above and beyond what a normal host would do.

Two years ago I moved away from a corporate web agency to set up on my own. I searched Forums about hosting and liked what I heard about Tsohost. When I can choose I've used them ever since because of their timely and informative responses to every enquiry, the fact that I've only noticed the briefest of downtimes, their server technology and admin/cPanel area.
My clients have never complained to me about a server issue.
The referral system means I'm getting most of my hosting for zilch.
I had an issue with my emails being called spam for about a week. But I appreciated the honest responses I received (there was a nasty spammer person on the server I shared) and I felt the resolution of the issue was handled professionally.
I'm happy to recommend the fine service.

I had been using ZestHost for a couple years and the hosting and service was decent. Once this company was acquired by TsoHost all I can say is WOW! Customer service, capability, and overall ease of use has greatly increased. I can say now that I am proud of my webhost and would recommend them to ANYONE!!!
My switchover was basically seemless aside from billing reconfiguration, but once the switch was made I can tell I am with a better company.

I first accessed the Internet during 1995 and built my web site soon after. From then until 2007 I stayed with the same host company. I felt though, that I wasn't being kept up todate with progress and paying dear for the privilege! So I took the plunge and joined tshost and it was like a breath of fresh air. This is my 3rd year with Tsohost and in those 3 years all I have experienced is excellent service.
Customer service is fast and friendly and always have a solution.
Server performance is top and very little unscheduled downtime.
For the price is it hard to beat considering the packages available and the facilities on offer.
I now have several sites hosted by Tsohost and will continue to recommend them to all clients!

I'm an old zesthost customer who chose them for their low prices. I'm quite satisfied with my service... both with the insanely good prices and with the lack of downtime (I'm not aware of any since the switch from zesthost to tsohost). And my site performs super fast, even though it's hosting in England, and I'm in the U.S.
The only issue I've run into is with some of my Access '97 databases, but that's more a combination of IIS/Windows Server 2003 not playing well with a 10-year old technology than it is with tsohost.
I give them a 10/10 and highly recommend them to anyone.

Zesthost (now Tsohost), have been on top for the last three years I have been here.
Not only in server performance, but in customer service as well. They have been the key to my clients happiness with servers that are second to none.
My clients that have transferred across from other providers have said how much better their website performs. And the money stake, affordable for anyone and you won't get much better.

Good service with good and reliable hosting.
The only issue I have is that before with Zesthost we had the Online chat support and it was very usefull but now this has gone. Also the ticket system does not email you when someone replies to your ticket so you must check the ticket every time to check for the reply.
Apart from the above I have recommended and will keep on recommending hosting with tsohost.
Excellent value for money.
Try to fix the above and you'll be the best.

It has been a good experience with TSO Host(Zest Host). I have been using it for the past three plus years. their response time for issues is awesome. There were a few points that needed upgradation like changing password from webmail etc. which have been taken care of now. Good service good price. My only bad point is that, the new packages do not have unlimited multi domain hosting like they had earlier. I think that should be brought back into functionality. Apart from that I have and recomend TSO HOST to anyone I know.

Tsohost.co.uk is by far the best web host I've used in my experience on the internet over the past few years. My sites are fast and downtime is extremely rare to the point I can barely remember last time I had a problem.
When I have had a problem, queries and things are solved in minutes rather than in days like other hosting companies I've been with. All in all I'm very happy so far.
I paid £14.99 for a Pro(!) account for a year with a free domain with the code OCT-FORUM2-SPECIAL.

Changed from 1and1 to Tsohost and i'm really glad i did. The prices are so much cheaper and customer service is fantastic. Help on 1and1 largely consists of faq pages whereas with tsohost every email i've sent has been answered within 1 hour. And i've sent emails at 2:00 in the morning!! Speeds are great and I haven't noticed any downtime.

My 1st web host, but everything has been very good so far. Prices seem cheap, my couple of support issues were answered very quickly and has a good interface that even a n00b like my can work out :)

Been with Tsohost for about a year now - brilliant service. Support is bang on - had a few queries about my ftp not working and a messed up dns, to which I got very fast replies.
If Carlsberg did webhosting, this would be it. Possbily the best Customer service ever.

Excellent host so far. Have had minimal downtime which has been rectified in a matter of minutes. Excellent customer service, with fast resposnse to emails, and they had no probelms with me being slightly late on the subscription payment due to an issue with PayPal.

Wooop. Had no problems with them. Been with 1 host before and I wanted something based in the UK. They provide great service. I asked them about some PHP problems I was having. 10 mins later they replyed to my email with the help I need. Really friendly people.

I have registered two domains with Daz, both running fine, I never had any downtime problems, it's pretty cheap and, well, it's damn good :)

I have been with a few hosts before i was reccomended Tsohost by a friend. All of my past hosts would get hacked on a regular basis, and also never made backups. TsoHost is by far the best host I have been with, very cheap and competitive prices aswell! It also has second to none support, and questions are answered any time of the day. I have a custom account with them and has been spot on!

BIt of downtime, not the best value in the world but its a UK host. Much better than all other UK hosts ive used or know users of.
