Your Account
Following successful card payment via the usual signup process, your hosting service will normally be activated within 1 UK business hour. Details of how to log in and access your email, upload your website, create databases, etc are provided both via the client area at http://billing.tsohost.co.uk and by email to your registered address at the time your hosting package is activated. If at any time you experience difficulty logging in, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Nameservers
If you have registered your domain with Tsohost or transferred your domain in during the signup procedure, the following actions are not required. However, if you have a domain registered through another domain registrar, you will need to request a nameserver change to the following in order to use your domain with the Tsohost service.
For Linux hosting:
- Nameserver 1: ns1.tsohost.co.uk
- Nameserver 2: ns2.tsohost.co.uk
For Windows hosting
- Nameserver 1: win1.zesthost.com
- Nameserver 2: win2.zesthost.com
Once the DNS changes are complete, you will need to wait upto 48 hours for the changes to propagate across the internet and for any local DNS cache to expire before you see the site as hosted by your Tsohost account.
To use additional domain names with your Tsohost account, you can utilise the 'parked domain' function within cPanel. You should change the nameservers as above (or register your additional domain via the client area) then enter the domain name where prompted in the 'parked domains' section of cPanel.
The parked domain function points a domain at the www root directory of your account. If you would like to point a domain to a sub-directory of your account (for instance to host a separate sub-site with different content to your primary domain), you must use the Add-On Domain function instead.
The control panel is designed to be easy to use however, if you cannot use or do not understand any particular feature please don't hesitate to contact support.

Setting up your E-Mail
Go to your control panel (www.tsohost.co.uk/cpanel) and log-in as usual. From here click Mail and then click on Manage/Add/Remove Accounts. You can then create a new email account.
To send and retrieve your mail using a POP3 client such as Outlook, you will need the following information:-
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Username: yourusername+yourdomain.com
Password: yourpassword
(Notice the 'plus' (+) sign in the username field instead of the 'at' (@).)
